I believe that any situation can be changed, as long as you are willing to do things differently. But that can be scary.
Parenting goes to the core of who we are. Asking for help with parenting isn’t like getting someone to fix your fence. It’s hard.
I will offer you complete confidentiality and commitment until you are happy and confident with the changes you have made. And you will start to feel calmer straight away, through having a greater sense of your own strength in dealing with your situation. As soon as you start feeling happier and less stressed, your children will start responding more positively.
We all want the best for our children. By being the best that you can be, you will be able to help them to be the best that they can be.

- Or you can come to me
- I can come to your place of work
- You could speak to your school and I could run a course for you
- Or you could get a group of friends together and I could do one, or more, sessions with you altogether.
